Re: Quinag

Nice Pics! Was up there last week in horrendous weather but judging by your pics awesome views to be had.

I do agree, Quinag along with Foinaven dont have Reports on WH, both are stunning perhaps its Paul's way of keeping these hills to himself?

Lord Berkeley's Paddling Pool - Toll An Lochain

After a great week in Ullapool and visiting the nearby Assynt mountains, i wanted somehow to squeeze in a visit to An Teallach and with a 5 hour window and us being knackered from 3 mountains in 2 days, a ridge attempt was not on the cards however a friendly local did mention the Loch in the heart o...

Re: Is It Because I Lied When I Was Seventeen?

Re: Charged by a red deer

I went up Beinn Fhada a few years ago passing the Dorusdain (spelling?) woodland, the route up was fine. I noticed a few gates that would suggest cattle roam the area but there were no sign of them in the morning, however later that day on the return (came back the same way) about a dozen of them de...

Re: Mountain Slabs

Maybe Fred West has left jail and to get away from the hostile media he decided to move to a more remote location?
