Camping near Corryhully bothy

Camping near Corryhully bothy

Postby al78 » Tue May 11, 2021 9:54 am

I'm off to Knoydart at the end of the month hiking in from Glenfinnan, and I'm guessing the bothies are out of bounds. Is there suitable ground near Corryhully bothy to pitch a small tent.

Is it possible to camp somewhere near the base of Sgurr Mor?

Looks like a nice spot next to the river: https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2862493

Glen Kingie is all quite rough and boggy, but you would probably find an OK spot by the river near or west of Kinbreak.

Lots of grassy pitches by the river before you reach the bothy. 8)
