North Downs Way

Hi, in 2015 I walked a part of the Norh Downs Way. Probably somewhere on stage 7 (Hollingbourne - Boughton Lees), I came across this manor house. Does anyone recognise this house and know its name?

but I'm not sure which name (Home Farm, Eastwell House) is correct (or maybe neither!).

Update: I have found a map that names it as Eastwell House.
