For a little light relief, and because it's in the news
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/dir/Fort+William/Ben+Nevis,+Fort+William/@56.8093228,-5.090885,13z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m14!4m13!1m5!1m1!1s0x48893323371c031b:0xcda03ee308544821!2m2!1d-5.1052179!2d56.819817!1m5!1m1!1s0x488932978af1e5f3:0x6e948b77ffad9a71!2m2!1d-5.0035505!2d56.7968571!3e0?hl=en-GB

They've updated the route so if you put into Google maps to get driving directions to Ben Nevis it at least takes you to the car park at the bottom of the Pony Path. Their dotted line of a walking route still takes you off the edge of a cliff and through the middle of a lochan. Put in a walking route and it does take you up the Pony Path.

...Ah, but surely a new challenge for a munro compleatist who has done all the summits by more traditional routes? They'll now be setting off in an attempt to be the first to tackle them all by the Google Maps suggested routes..
