Water up high is pretty scarce so if you're going when it's hot make sure to use good sources of water when you find them. I remember there being water at the Bealach between Beinn a' Chlaidheamh and Sgurr Ban. It's worth going during a dry spell (like now) as the river crossings will be a non-issue.

I haven't done the route via Loch a' Bhroain but that looks the most sensible if you're just looking to do the Eastern munros and Beinn a' Chlaidheamh.

If you wanted to head in from Sheneval, you might find it's worthwhile to just do the full circuit of six rather than heading doing Gleann na Muice which looks a bit grim.

We hiked in from Corrie Hallie, camped in the Alder woods then hiked the 4 hills the next again day. We added the Dearg Corbetts too, but you can exit before a'Mhaigdean back towards Shenavall.

This we video shows the route etc in more detail.

Went up Beinn a' Chlaidheamh on its own as a day from Dundonnel. It was dry so there were no river crossing issues.

For the others, we rented a cottage for a week at the Heights of Kinlochewe. Went up the rest on two separate days. It is a lovely spot to stay, although the midgiest place we have ever been. The keeper gave us our key while dressed in full midge jackets and by the end of the week we had bought them too from the local shop.

Camped near Lochan Fada and did them from there, but we also did the other two on the same outing, but I would think you might want to camp, set off early and then strike camp and get back, so you only had 1 night out, not 3 like us then OAPs.

We walked in from Kinlochewe and camped close to Loch Meallan an Fhudair(NE of the east end of Lochan Fada).
Left the tent and did Beinn Tarsuinn, then along the path below Meall Garbh and up the south ridge of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair.

Agree about the water. If I remember correctly we filled up from the stream flowing out of Bealch Odhar but didn't see any other water until much later in the day well on the way back down.

Cycle alongside Loch a' Bhroain to the bothy, or further if you're good on a bike and it's a great walkfrom there
