Downloading routes to GPX Viewer

Might well be missing something obvious here but I'm having difficulty downloading the 'official' Walkhighland routes to GPX Viewer on my android phone. They are just going to the downloads section on my phone and l can't work out how to open them in GPX Viewer. I can open the 'unofficial' routes put up by members no problem though. 🤔. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try pressing the 3 Dots (Top right) > Open Files > Click Home > Click Back Button Twice > Select Download > Select GPX > Open.

You might not have to do the back button twice part, I didn't the first time, but did the second.
