Planning on spending a week next year in the Strathfarrer area, and would like to know if the access road from Milton Cottage is suitable for all cars ?

Assuming by "all cars" you don't drive some kind of novelty, oversized monster truck, then yes. It's a well surfaced single track road right up to the Monar Dam. Fine for your average Vauxhall Astra etc.

Don't arrive before 9.am as there is a locked access gate. Make sure that you get back to the gate after the walk at the posted last departure time or you will be locked in!
I seem to remember restricted access in the winter months, worth checking out.
Enjoy, it's a superb hill walk.

Why not climb these from Glen Orrin, no time constraints to worry about.

Note there is a message about winter access to the Glen this year on the Mountaineering Scotland website:-

"From the 31st October 2021 the gate on the road through Glen Strathfarrar is closed. The winter vehicular access arrangement to access the mountains is currently under negotiation with Braulen and East Monar estates. Non-motorised access rights and responsibilities remain unaffected."

Very disappointing news.

Is there a place to park near glen Strathfarrar? I was wondering of the feasibility of parking near the glen and cycling up it, which avoids the restricted access issue.

There's a car park at Milton Cottage and a gap next to the gate you can get a bike through.

If you are doing the 4 munros, I definitely recommend West -> East as the direction. The east side of the route is a total bog, best leaving that until the end!

I posted a few weeks about the second gate that's appeared down the glen at the edge of Braulen estate. Loads of room for bikes around it as well.

Cycling is a great option. The road is well tarmacked and you can enjoy a beautiful ride up the glen which is one of the best in Scotland. It took me and my wife just over an hour leaving plenty of time to do the Munro's. We then enjoyed a gentle cycle back stopping at various points to photograph the surroundings.

I cycled in to do these hills in late summer, and it was a great way of avoiding the time constraints of the locked gate (despite a very strong headwind when cycling in!). Highly recommended as it gives time and space to enjoy the glen itself, and as others have said the road is really good. There’s a large car park at the cottage, but I didn’t see anyone else all day. Great walk, views, sense of remoteness - and a golden eagle as well just as I was flagging near the final top.
