30g skimmed milk
Boiling water
Coffee made with a 3 in 1 Nescafé sachet
Lunch
No set plan go with the flow including stops along the way or protein bars
And or cup a soup
Dinner
Cup a soup
Real turmat field meal (700 calorie ones) they really are worth the extra taste like real food
Chocolate bar and or a small dram
Snacks
Jelly babies live on them while walking 10g of pure carbs in each one
