It's now over 20 years since I last walked over An Teallach and on this occasion we walked clockwise over Corrag Bhuidhe, Sgurr Fiona and then over Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill.
We descended into Glas Tholl where we were surprised by the magnificent and relatively hidden cliffs that flank the western side of Bidein a' Ghlas Thuill.
A recent bout of reminiscing using Google Earth suggests that there isn't a clear path into Glas Tholl and that the going looks particularly steep, rough and trackless yet my memory of the descent is that it was pretty straightforward with a clear path to follow.
It was a beautiful hot and sunny day so firm ground may have eased our passage.
Is Glas Tholl used by many as an ascent\descent route on An Teallach? Can any of you back up my memories of a path providing an easy route off or are my memories of that day failing me with age?
