Where is my position on map?

Where is my position on map?

Haven't used app for a while but my position used to show on map. Has something changed that has stopped this?

There isn't a Walkhighlands app so maybe you mean another app?

If you mean the maps on the website, they will show your position if your phone permissions allow it - so it depends how you set your permissions. We wouldn't recommend using website maps for navigation though - except in more urban areas - as they only work properly when you have phone signal.

Thanks. Yes internet site and more urban areas with phone signal and internet connection but no position. Worked well last year or so!

It's the same. At some point you or your phone have disabled the permission, probably by accident. Try looking at 'Site settings' in your browser settings, then click 'Location'.

You need to have enabled Walkhighlands.co.uk to see your location in order for it to be shown.

Solved
Using pixel4a Had opened wh in firefox which had permissions and could give me nearby walks etc but it was not until I used the Google search bar to access wh that it continually tracked.
