Pretty sure that's somewhere on the 5 Sisters ridge. Can't quite work out the angles.

Your taste in music should be in a disply cabinet in the Little Shop of Horrors though

Looking at the cairn, I'd guess its Saileag in Glen Shiel.

I'll put a vote in for Sgurr Fhuaran at the back with the guy standing on Sgurr nan Saighead. As in: http://www.kevinwoods.co.uk/all-mountains/20110730kintail/pics/58.htm

That asides... what the hell was that?!!

I actually remember that video when it came out  Seem to recall that the Highlander film came out about the same time.

Not sure about the hill, just glad i haven't chanced upon the big Jesse on the hills.
In fairness to jesse rae i saw him live at galashiels textile college around the mid 80's and he was much much worse live. Yeah, in comparison the video is quite good - even though it is diabolical.

I can confirm that this was one of the five sisters. That answer won me a picture disc of this very single presented to me by none other than the man him self.

When Jessie Rae launched this video, he thought it would be a good idea to do it in Dornie and he rounded up all the local kids from the surrounding villages (me included) and bused (singular) to Dornie where we were all thinking - who the hell is this clown?

He was also giving away a copy of the Claymore in the video - but I dont remember what happened to it and surely I would remember it being on the bus on the way home if some one had won it?

Thinking back now that was all a bit weird but one of the things that just seemed to happen in those days.

I also seemed to remember he refused to remove his helmet and had a couple of bloody angry staffies with him.

I think he was the weirdo who totally refused to remove his helmet absolutely anywhere at any time; he probably ate his tea and went to bed with it on.Maybe it was stuck and he was too embarrassed to admit it. Maybe he was just really ugly. I take it by "angry staffies" you don't mean staff nurses or staff sergeants?

How in the name of all things 8o ish did this not make it to the shortlist of the recent STV Programme "Scotland's Greatest Album".........and yes I am taking the p*%s. But in anticipation that the supposed "public" vote will result in the answers which STV want (i.e. the Jesus and Mary Chain will be ignored as one of the UK's let alone Scotland's most important artists in favour of the Bay City Rollers or Annie Lennox) I thought it would be worth having a rant.

Oh dear... is it wrong that I actually quite like the song ? Reminds me of Adam and the Ants and early Simple Minds :) .

As for Scotland's Greatest Album... Sunshine on Leith :D ;) . But I will accept Psychocandy/Raintown/100 Broken Windows but no others ! ;)
