Compeed blister plasters and ibuprofen. I've yet to suffer any injury out walking that couldn't be solved with one or the other.

Lip balm, ibuprofen, and Compeed plasters. Loratadine during hay fever season and Excedrin in case a migraine strikes (more likely during hot weather). And most importantly, diaper/nappy rash cream - I have yet to find anything that treats and prevents chafing better!

Pawpaw ointment for leg chafing/ rash/crotch rot, small sized pawpaw kept handy in shirt pocket for dry lips & a couple of tablets of pain killers.

...and before leaving my vehicle I might spray my gaitors/clothes to keep the ticks, sandflies & mozzies at bay, depends where I'm heading.
They're left in the car.
