Already posted on the FB post I seen but if today's search is unsuccessfull I can make myself available tomorrow to help in another search. I will check this later for an update.

I think it is also prudent to search the area at the head of Loch Goil at Inveronich. I think a dogs natural instinct will be to head down hill towards better cover such as the forrestry areas.

Do you have dog whistles?

Additionally: How deep is the snow cover there - I can take my own dog to help search in the lower areas as well.

As a dog owner myself who has spent many happy days on the hills with Lucy, I can only echo the comments of others on here. I could say that I cannot imagine what you must be going through, but that's the thing, I can imagine all too well. I have only just read this post now. Had I seen it earlier, I may well have been able to change my plans and manage through today. Keeping everything crossed for you guys and I will keep an eye on this.

I'm in Inverness and can come along Sat 29 if required and can pick up along the way I have a big enough car to pick up a few folk and equipment

Please pm me if need be I'd not think twice if you asked as I have hounds myself
