Sweet news Electricfly
Really chuffed for you and Shona....also for the mutt course.
When is the Report coming out?

Even before I read it I reckon the WR might be a contender for Webtogs tearjerker WR of the month :)

Great to see your dog made it off the hill unscathed ef. You must have been gutted having to leave her overrnight. Great result considering the weather

Fantastic news Electricfly  8)

I agree about that hill though, there are some very deep cracks in the rock.

Well chuffed when first realised Bracken had been located, days like this restore faith in humankind, was great to meet Eric and Ross for the first time and of course Bracken, even if she was just a tad not too pleased to see me drop in the hole next to her !!
And not forgetting Andy Fitz, we really must try going for a nice walk sometime, this dog rescue malarkey is becoming the norm for our meets !!

Well done to you all, what a great achievement! Made the rest of us who were unable to help, end 2012 with a warm fuzzy feeling and leap to give our dogs a big hug. Where can we see the "happy ending" photos? Just to put the icing on the cake?

Just looked at the photos. What an absolutely marvellous effort guys. Well done to all involved and once again, I am glad your dog is safe and well.

Isn't this the second good news dog story we've had on WH in the past year or so?

Thankfully, today was memorable for the right reason. The unspoken fear was that it could have been otherwise.

Remarkable spot by Eric. Could so easily have been missed on that terrain. Thereafter quick and top work by Eric and Ross.

.....and Dave "Spider" Webb?...........Legend....Nuff said......for proof see the photies! 8) 8)

Anyway if anyone else is going to misplace a dug, (and could easily be any of us who venture on to hills with dugs), could you please ensure that this is done during a period of more clement weather!

Anyway, dried out now, large fine malt in hand and dugs at my feet. Good day.
