Eddie, Are you just using a filter to get that water effect or is it more in the post-production that this effect happens. Reason I ask is cos I am looking at getting a Hoya ND filter which Im hoping will achieve a blurred water look (see link below).

I've got a B+W ND filter which is similar to the Hoya - they are great for water effects! I got the 8 stop so it's the darkest one - can't see through the viewfinder when it's on!

Looks fine. Don't get a variable one they are not really what they say they are, just two poor quality polorisers back to back.
