Hi,
Looking at giving this one a go on Saturday. Just getting used to winter walks
and would love to notch another one for winter.
Any reviews or advice?

You might be lucky to get to the car park if the weather persists. If you do, it's a nice wee hill - the one beside Glen Lyon?

Yep,
that's right. Not long started the munros and really enjoying the challange.
Good way of working off the excess pounds.

Looking at joining a club, but not sure where to start.

Hi Iain,

far de ye bide? There's loads of folk on here who are happy to meet up and head N/W/S/E with you, I'm sure.
My other half did Meall Buidhe with me and she doesn't like ascent. She enjoyed it - it's a high starting point (400m) so you've not got much to ascend and it's not far. Some even do Stuchd an Lochain in the same day.

If you want any tips, I can send you the photos by email and my thoughts of the route. Alternatively, this site is excellent as you'll know.

I stay in West Lothian, I would like to gain more experience and bag a few munros
into the bargain.

If anyone wants to meet up I am willing to go if available.

Cheers
