I can recommend this place (as my own in Glen Etive isn't ready just yet!) ...

This sounds great IamAJMiller and I was thinking of doing something similar this year. Be sure to let us know where you end up going and how you get on. Of course tell us after you've actually been, last thing you want to do is say where you are going about find 30 WalkHighlanders have decided to pitch up outside and join you! Actually, that could be pretty fun...

Where did you end up and did it live up to expectations? I hope so.

For future reference, my self-catering cottage in Glen Etive is now up and running.

Hey guys, sorry I should've updated this! We ended up going to a small cottage just outside Cannich. We found it via Unique Cottages, it was called Chisolm Cottage. An really nicely appointed getaway. I would recommend it!

Wow that looks beautiful Moobli, exactly the sort of thing I picture when I think cottage getaway. I assume there is an appropriate discount for fellow Walkhighlands members right? Are you on the Walk Highlands' accommodation list yet?
