Public Showers in Scotland?

What's wrong with a dip in a loch/river?

Bogs on West Argyle Street in Ullapool have public showers. Never used them so couldn't comment.

I have once seen 2 guy cyclists completely naked right next to the A836 towards Tongue

So a public shower would have been good for my safety

Not in the Highlands, but there are showers in the visitor centre at Muirshiel Country Park, could be handy if you are walking Hill of Stake. Visitor centre at NS311632.

In our younger days we used to wild camp in Arisaig, Morar area and used the showers at the fisherman's mission in Mallaig, 10 out of 10, Always very clean and for a quid a go no complaints there. Sometimes we used the swimming pool up by the high school too.

On very rare occasions and I assume I am not the only one.
Drive into a camp site, park next to a car less tent. Use the showers and drive off.
You can do this with hostels, but it takes a lot more nerve.

Theft.
Why not asking and paying a small amount?

You could always use one of these on sunny days in Scotland.
