I would say it's no more difficult than Stuc a'Chroin, but there are multiple options for both routes, so it's not easy to compare directly. In ascent, the easiest line on An Stuc takes a rising leftward traverse path into a shallow gully - this is easy to follow in good visibility. There are a couple of hand-on moves to exit the gully then just steep grass to the top. This line is not very obvious in descent - you need to start out heading well right of the direct line to the col. More direct lines are possible, but a bit harder, and you can bypass everything by (in ascent) heading off well right from the col to join the NW ridge.
