Culra bothy - anyone know the latest?

I've been told it's still shut and will be for some time. Does anyone know what is happening? I'm assuming it's in planning/funding hell.

Don't even know if it's reached the planning/funding hell stage. Last I heard there was still no decision reached with the landowner, so not even any confirmation that there will be a replacement.
