West Highland High Way

Fancy doing this next year. I believe it starts from Drymen and ends at Fort William. Going over a certain amount of munros. Does any body know if any books are published on the walk or knows precisely wha at the route is. Thanks in advanced

I think the book is called 'not the west highland way' might be by cicerone, if I remember right.. :wink:

The Actual starting point is in Milngavie about 8-9 miles from Drymen

The high way may improve after the section between Conic Hill and Ben Lomond, when we went to do Binnean Gobhar and Beinn Uird. We found the terrain there full of drainage ditches with no real tracks. but that may have all changed now Ronald Turnbull has written a book on it, we haven't visited since 2005 and it may have become more popular since his book (2010)
