Just bought a mid size rucsac from Haglofs, it is so perfect for day hikes ( and it looks pretty good too) I really can't fault any of their products!!!

Does anyone else out there salivate over any one particular make?

I find gear quite boring really - just a necessity - never take much notice about what make stuff is but just does it have the features I want and is it cheap enough...

I tend to go for what's best price, but i do like to try to buy British. I'm a slave to bargains.

I did start getting self conscious clad head to toe in Berghaus so i've started branching out. So far this year i've picked up some bargain North Face, Paramo and i just treated myself to a Marmot jacket for my winter walks.

Cheap pole - broken in 3 months
Black Diamond poles - broken in 6 months
Leki poles - 10 years on, and I've just replaced 1!
