Ben Lawers car park - road open/drivable?

Ben Lawers car park - road open/drivable?

Postby Anne C » Fri Feb 01, 2019 9:44 pm

I posted this on the snow conditions thread but probably the wrong one to choose!
Does anyone now if this road from Killin is open/drivable? I know it's not treated. Also whether the continuation of the road above the reservoir is passable too.
Many thanks

On Friday 1st Feb I drove up without any bother, though there wasn't much tarmac visible. There was a mini bus in the car park that was a rear wheel drive........

On Sat 2 Feb cars were parking around half a mile from the car park and walking from there onto the Tarmachan ridge and Ben Lawers.
