Can anyone advise the best place for parking?

Depends on your route up obviously.
Theres the turnoff for crafts & things which would work for a southerly approach. (Might be a lay-by nearby too)

Which Beinn Chaorach: the Luss hills Graham or the Tyndrum Corbett?

Ps - "the small turn off" is just before the bridge ( if your coming from the A82 sude)

Yes, for the Luss one, there is space for 3/4 cars at the start of the track up to the dam: not obvious from the road.
