Hi all,
would like to take my old folks along for a trip to Scotland. 2 days of Edinburgh and then into the Highlands for a few. They are 65+ and not the fittest folks about but sure like to be out and about. I'm not going up any big hills with em though.
Some pointers
-Late May, early June
-No camping or bothies. Mum wouldn't close an eye for days. So places with guesthouses or a hostel along the way would be needed.
-5 days of walking would be the max.
Right now my only option is the Cateran Trail, which seems to fit the requirements quite alright.
Any other ideas, or comments on the Cateran?
TIA!
