I'm booked on Steve Fallon's Ben Alder bike and hike trip over the first May bank holiday weekend (although I am walking to base camp, not cycling). How I get on with that is going to depend on how much I build up my strength and fitness over the next few months, as I think it is going to be a tough three days.
