I can't post a link as I'm a newbie but a good read from heavywhalley blog, a reminder of the consequences of a sudden storm when in the hills.

I read his blog regularly. Highly recommended.

He visits many plane crash sites in the Highlands and I find his info very helpful when planning my walks :D

Walked Vorlich with a cpl of mates during the summer, was a lovely sunny day.
As we reached the top, just one really strong gust, almost blew the three of us right off our feet. It was the only bit of wind/breeze on the whole walk, just that one gust and tho it wasnt danger on that hill, if had happened in another hill, it could've been bad. Scared me more than any fear I felt on Aonach Eagach and thank god it wasn't on that day out lol.
