Ben Chonzie access

Ben Chonzie access

Postby Dai S » Tue Sep 01, 2020 1:11 am

I am planning on doing Ben Chonzie on Friday 4th. Sept from Glen Lednock and was wondering if there are any issues with access due to stalking/shooting?.
Thanks

Has no info for Ben Chonzie, unfortunately, but it's such a popular route that I would be surprised if there were any restrictions.

Thanks both for your response. I have mailed the estate agents and am awaiting a reply.
Thanks again.

Your crux will be getting parked unless things have eased off significantly!

Could always do it from Loch Turret which is by far the superior route though a lot more demanding if you do a full circular. The only real access restrictions there would be the Godawful road leading to the dam which looked like it had been bombed last time I was up.
