I started 50 years ago...

Oh my days, so my parents would be arrested nowadays but half a century ago... Meh....we climbed Ben Nevis with one orange between five....no water no food no gear...just an orange. I think I was wearing my school shoes. We children were 8,6 and 4.
🤣 It has passed into family legend.
We lived to tell the tale in fact my youngest brother became an Air Sea Rescue helicopter pilot doing several years up in the highlands from Stornaway...he’s hugely embarrassed by this family story.
Anyway I’m back ...it’s taken me fifty years... what can I say life got in the way 🤷🏼‍♀️
Now I’m a Grannie ..how did that happen? But I ain’t no ordinary grannie.
So I’m starting again from scratch...

You can start off by taking your grandkids up Ben Nevis.
First take one orange...

Nothing wrong with starting as a granny. I had done fewer than 20 of the hills you see under my name before I became one. Enjoy the grandkids too. They grow up too soon (cliche alert).
