Lots of great beaches on the west side, wildlife includes seals, otters, eagles, osprey, porpoise, etc.

There are some options for you here: https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/outer-hebrides/harris.shtml
The west coast beaches are stunning and probably the main attraction for short walks, but a couple of the glens between the bigger hills have good paths/tracks - just go as far as you feel like (https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/outer-hebrides/sron-ulladale.shtml and https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/outer-hebrides/harris-golden-eagles.shtml). If you feel up to climbing a small but steep hill, try this one: https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/outer-hebrides/ceapabhal.shtml

The postman's path out to rhenigadale is absolutely sublime, like a wee fjord, such a pretty place.
