Hello,
Art here for the first time, congratulations on a great site. I don't have your vast experience, but my favourite pastime is walking, mostly solo unless the route is a bit hazardous. I also enjoy scrambling but have not used ropes.....yet.
I have never been on an organised walk and prefer to find my own route and path, it works most of the time!
Last challenge was Sharp Edge, I know it is not that difficult but the weather beat me twice before (using the better safe than sorry principle). Before that Beenkeragh Ridge and Carountoohill - very nice when the mist lifted.
I am looking for the GPS co-ordinates for the start of the Ridge Route and No5 gully, for my next trip in October what's the best forum for that?
Thanks.
Art.
