Walking can be great fun - its made even better when you can share your experience on sites like this. Its also great to read other peoples trips too - always gives me a spur to get out and about

Vorlich's a good one to follow Ben Lomond with, it was the first munro I did alone, along with Stuc a'Chroin. Makes a good day that's not too strenuous and with rewarding views (not in this weather!). The major differences you'll find from Ben Lomond will be the lack of crowds of people dressed in flip-flops and the (slightly) less obvious route. A couple of moments that I remember having to be careful were coming off the top of Vorlich (assuming you continue to the Stuc) - make sure you keep to the right when coming off the summit to head to the bealach as the descent ridge isn't entirely obvious from above. Also, unless you want to scramble onto the Stuc from the bealach, I know there's a path which bypasses the crags by turning left underneath them and continuing round over some boulders and up a grassy gully onto the top. I have a feeling there might be another bypass option round to the right but you'll have to research that.
