Hello,
I took early retirement at 57 just over two years ago. Have been walking all over the Scottish mainland and islands for the last 25 years, mostly low level, catering for my interest in landscape photography. Since my retirement I've contracted the mountain virus. In the last year I've hill walked in the Lake District, the French Pyrenees and as much of Scotland as the weather permits. Not taking as many photographs now (extra weight). My interest in Munros, Corbetts, Grahams, Wainwrights and other hills has taken over. When the weather is right I jump in the campervan and head for the hills.
Have been using Walk Highlands as a guest for over a year now and find it the most useful source of walk info around. Now happy to register.

Hi Portosport

Sounds ideal! I could very easily retire to a lifestyle like that now...at 37 :D

Hi Portosport.
Welcome to the site. I wish I could retire and head for the hills but I am still a mere youngster at 49.

Good luck on your Munro list.
