Nice site, well organised. The resources available to walkers nowadays make the preparation a big part of the fun. I'm on to 50 munros now, mostly on my own and many in the winter as I'm abroad for a fair part of the summer. Where else in the world can you find this much splendour outside your front door?

Hi Shuggley and welcome to the site! You can record the Munros you've climbed on your own map by using the 'Munros - Update' button above.

Yes, I think we're very lucky to have Scotland. I wouldn't swap it for any of the other countries I've hiked in, and that includes quite a few!
