hello everyone im sam , pushing 50 yo, ride a bike and do a bit of walking as well, i have about 40 munro's under my belt and have done some of them 3 or 4 times, i have also done the west highland way twice,the great glen and speyside way once, i have done a fair bit of walking on skye but all at low levels, i hope to do a bit more serious walking there in the summer or at least before i get too old :D

great site this,isnt it! i cant belive its taken me till now to find it
