Hello from Sweden

Postby Lars_S » Wed Jul 18, 2018 7:39 pm

Hello,

As I was a bit eager to ask a particular question I failed to pop by and say hello in this part of the forum first. Sorry about that, but better late than never I guess.
I'm new to walking in Scotland and Britain in general but have experience from different types of hikes and walks in Germany, Norway and of course my home country Sweden. I am now in the middle of planning my very first Scottish walk, which will be Glenfinnan - Inverie, if I feel that I can cross River Carnach in a safe way. If not I intend to go back the same way I came instead. I'll be doing this 2 - 6 or 7 August and I may also give one or two of the munros a try if I feel that I have time for it, but I'm not really done with my research of that matter yet.

That's about it, thanks for a very nice and useful forum!
