Hi, We are currently walking up to John o'Groats on the trail. This website is a goldmine of information and good chat. Thank you very much for adding me. We failed on the section between Helmsdale and Berriedale today due to the incursion of whins which is why I have time to read the site and have a coffee instead of being on the hill.

Looks as if you are near your destination. When I did a cycle to John O' Groats the warden of the then youth hostel told me of the guy who had come to grief at Berriedale Braes trying for Lands End. He fell off his unicycle. Hope you have better luck.
