Good day to you all

Good afternoon

My name is Hevs, and I'm relatively new to all this walking/climbing stuff, being an unfit, overweight, 40 something mother of 2 with a desire to improve her health, fitness and lose weight and do something different, I did my first Munro with my friend about 6 weeks ago - went up Ben Lomond. Found it challenging but enjoyable and the feeling of exhilaration when I reached the top was amazing. We have decided to concentrate on hills over the winter with a view to doing more Munros in the Spring and over summer. Planning the West Highland Way in August also. I definitely have the bug.

:D
