Greeting to all mountain lovers and hill walkers!
I am 27 and I came from Croatia. I live and work in Glasgow for 6 months so far.
Almost every weekend, I go outside the city to explore hills, mountains and gorges in Scotland. I own a car, so if there is anyone who wants to join, feel free to contact me; I will be more than glad to have a company while exploring a country of such amazing natural enviroment!
To make the forum a bit more social... for new members (and old ones!) to introduce themselves to the site. You are welcome!

Welcome. Scotland is a bit colder than Croatia, but as beautiful.

Thanks Sgurr, although I have to disagree about weather in Croatia: I have lived for a year and half in Croatian highlands, there was 3 m of snow and average temperature of -10:D

Greetings Bard and welcome to Scotland ! Are you the same Bard who slew the mighty dragon Smaug in Tolkein's The Hobbit? I hear they need some dragon-slayers up on the Isle of Skye; one got loose during the filming of Game of Thrones and it's causing havoc...
- Bard slays Smaug in The Hobbit
- Sheep-worrying at Staffin
- Dathraki horde at Storr; tourism causes soil erosion.

Thanks man!
I am also known as the Last Dragonborn or Dovakhiin. I am preparing to ride that one which is making mess on the Skye and drop it back on the filming set!
