I really need to get fit and I love the outdoors , so that’s the best way forward. I’ve just got back from Arran , and went up Goat Fell , so I’ve got the bug now and feel motivated to do more. Tomorrow I plan to do Section 7 of the John Muir Way, and go up Tinto some time this week. Slow beginnings , but by this time next year I want reach my desired fitness level and maybe even have bagged a few Munro’s.😛

Goat Fell is a super hill, especially in the sort of weather we've been having. Good luck with your new fitness plans. My brain has aged so much I can't remember where I read that walking stops your brain from ageing. So another plus.
