Hello Again

Would just like to say hello . Several years ago I was a regular user of the Walk highlands website. In my mid 20s i injured my knee whilst walking and to let it recover i had some time out, what was going to be a few months rest turned into 7 years due to various other things taking over. I am now able to get back out walking and hopefully if my knee stays healthy I fully intend to get some more blue ballons to my name

Never too late to restart. Took around 30 years out bringing up kids, starting a business and doing various community things. You can always fit the hills in later.
