Leg stretch after Sundays adventure on the Berwyns - I felt every meter of ascent and knees hurt on the way back down. That said we did rush down as there was a curry with our name on it waiting in the utterly fantasic Sheraz in Shrewsbury. Short, rewarding, gusty and grey - and that was just the walk! :lol: :lol: :lol: Oh and 10 minutes off Naismiths time - whoop! :clap: :thumbup: :D
