Longridge Fell, Hurst Green and Stonyhurst

Lovely Lancashire countryside walk visiting rivers, hills and woodland around Hurst Green.

I first did this walk last year but can see it becoming an annual one.

Crisp blue sky day too with most the muddy bits frozen.

Heading down to the Ribble

Back on the forest tracks

Although some fallen trees made a few diversions here too

The stretch by the River Hodder is probably the highlight of this route - fallen trees here too!
