A repeat of a walk we did to Whernside Tarns in January, this was to see how Denise was after her operation in February, she was under strict orders not to do any mountain walking during the initial six weeks post op, we left it a bit longer just to make sure, all was ok so roll on Spring bank holiday, we've a week booked near Ullapool :D

The weather was fine, a bit cool with a NE breeze, very busy, loads of people getting out, we managed to find the quiet spots so, once away from the crowds, we were able to immerse ourselves in the surroundings, had lunch by the Tarns and relaxed.
