Friday June 17th was the date on which we climbed our final Wainwright summit,my family were enjoying a week of sun shine whilst staying at Neaum crag and martin and his wife drove up to meet us for the final climb, the weather was great the company great and the views were stunning, my two kids age 7 and 11 loved iot as Martin brought up hios dog called sugar, we had a victory cigar ( Chocolate ) on the top and then the steady walk back to Skelwith to the pub, but not before I took a swim in louhrigg tarn, boy was that cold.
had a great day and feel like doing them all again, but now at a more leisurly pace
just under two years to do them and some done twice, i am happy with that as we live in Selby north Yorkshire so its a 2.5 hr journey up and back never mind the walking
