From the gravel pits up the road then follow the Dun Fell hush to bottom then back up and over Gt Dun Fell and up to top of Little Dun Fell down to m,ine in valley then over to Silver band follow the pylons down round to mine then back and across to smelt mill up to sheep pens and down rd to van

Cloud occasionally covering tops wndy on tops.
