Another wonderful report and fantastic pics. Making the top following the mishaps just makes it sweeter. Love the Chipmunk and alpine flowers, in fact I love all the pics :clap:

Thanks JK, it was a really demanding but ultimately satisfying hike, even with the minor problems :D

Chris - those pictures are absolutely sublime. Is it the camera? Is it the light? Is it the landscape? Is it the photographer? OK - maybe its all of those things! Great read- loved the cluster of flora: great touch and very effective. WHAT a landscape. :shock: :shock:
The Barf Equation: huge effort + massive fluid intake = projectile vom :D

:lol: :lol: Cheers J&A, love the barf equation, didn't realise it was all down to mathematics :lol: The photography is Landscape+camera+photographer....but not the light on this day, it was damn awful :roll:
