Great pictures Chris, the mountains are stunning with the snow, not so sure the Lake District Fells will have the same coverage this weekend tho :?

Amazing wander Chris.....almost makes me feel quite Christmassy.....almost! Mmmmm...the female of the species are an interesting study on the mountains, its quite fascinating to see how they survive on rummaging in rucksacks, sniffing out the sweeties and chocolate and devouring it without any consideration to their partners and siblings. I have on a number of occasions managed to have one follow me up some quite substantial hills like Cadair Idris, Snowdon and the Langdale Pikes by dangling a snickers bar on the end of a stick....they'll follow it anywhere! :D

Great report and stunning shots again!

Wow! Pics like that make me ache to return to Canada some day. Coming from the UK, it's hard to comprehend the scale of everything :?
