Fantastic as always. We didn't have much of winter this year, a bit of frost here in there, but generally just WET-WET-WET... And gale force winds predicted for the next weekend
All right, all right, I know, it's typical for Scotland
Happy New Year and more great Canadian adventures in 2013!
Thanks BP, no sign of Rudolf but Chris the red nose hiker was in plentiful supply
Happy new year to you too, have a great year and may 2013 bring some better weather

Thanks Peter, its definitely worth the visit if the temperatures don't put you off
Tomsie wrote:Great photo's, while reading this was thinking about dangers of bears what are precautions you take incase of meeting them
Cheers Tomsie, I always carry bear spray, bear bangers and flares but rarely need them (particularly now they are in hibernation) but then there's always the mountain lions and wolves
Only needed to fire off a banger once earlier this year, usually the bears are pretty well behaved

All the best Chris from Sunny York....( Not really)
Cheers LH, York is beautiful in the snow.....not so much in the rain though
Happy New Year mate, wishing you good weather and good legs to enjoy it for 2013
