Helvellyn & Catstyecam

The plan was to do Helvellyn via Swirrel edge then down to lower man and back round, but we ran out of daylight and had to come back down the same way as we went up. Great walk in winter conditions. If you do use this map at any point be aware that the paths up to Helvellyn, which are very well made and clear no longer follow the green line on the map I think they must of relayed them due to erosion.

That looks a great hike Chris, that first photo is a cracker and the snow covered top looks bloody freezing :D

I mean't the path up to Helvellyn sorry, don't think there is a path on the edge. If there is it was under the snow :)
